At The Charging Hub, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, incorrect voltage application, or physical damage caused by the customer.
How to Request a Return Email us at [your contact email] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Shipping Costs If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
South African Consumer Protection Act This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. You have the right to return unsafe or defective goods within 6 months of purchase for a full refund, repair, or replacement.
