2. Products & Pricing We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

4. Shipping & Delivery Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

5. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Consumer Protection These terms are governed by and comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 of the Republic of South Africa.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
