Thank you for shopping with The Charging Hub. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–3 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–5 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will resolve it promptly.
